Romantsch/Friulan: rm. Romantsch is split up in five dialects:
Sursilvan, Sutsilvan and Surmiran, and two dialects collectively known as
Ladin (L) spoken in Engadin: Puter and Vallader.
We are giving the forms of the latter dialect.
Those taken from Friulan are noted (F).
Italian: it. Like in Italian dictionaries, we indicate all accents in
order to make the pronounciation obvious.
Yet written Italian only indicates accents when on the last
vocals of the word, or when in doubt with similar words, for example:
àncora / ancora: ["aNkora] / [aN"kora]
principi / principî: ["printSipi] / [prin"tSipi]
nocciolo / nocciòlo: ["nOttSolo] / [no"ttSOlo]
danno / dànno: substantive / conjugated form from the verb dare se / sé: conjunction / pronoun
Neapolitan: nap.

Roumanian: ro.
