Supertramp and Roger Hodgson, yeah!
We know so many things about them and about they music. We could learn
more! This section allows you to test yourself about your knowledge about
Supertramp and to have the possibility to learn more and more about them.
Contrairy to other "Quizz" sections in which you have to answer by a form,
this section will innovate a little bit. This section will be small at
the beginning, it will contain just some questions that you will answer
if you want by e-mail. The first right answer mail I will receive will
have his name put just below the answer of the question that he answered.
When all answers of a serie will be found, I will put a new serie just
below the former. When it will have many series it will be a F.A.Q and
news section about Supertramp and Roger Hodgson and this section will be
made by an original way. Evidently, I know many things about Supertramp,
but I'm not the "Supertramp Historian" yet! And because of that, you can
send me some questions by sending me an e-mail,
thank you. ALL RIGHT, LET'S GO ON AN ORIGINAL QUIZZ ABOUT SUPERTRAMP!
N.B: when you answer to the questions, put into
your message the name or nickname you want to show on this cette page,
et tell me if you don't want me to put your e-mail adress. Normally, of
course, I would put it on. Thanks for your attention.
Sunday March 8th 1998, this is the first question of the test:
In the chronological order
(inter-albums) and in the order of the CD track (intra-albums), WHICH IS
THE FIRST SUPERTRAMP's SONG IN WHICH ONE CAN HEAR RICK DAVIES SING?
(Like
in "Les Grosses Tetes"
(R.T.L.), let's put the name
of the autor of the question): Jeriby
Answer: Nothing To Show
from the album called Supertramp (1970)
Easy question: WHAT WAS THE
NAME OF SUPERTRAMP BEFORE SUPERTRAMP?
Jeriby
Answer: Daddy.
Indeed, the band's name was it, but Richard Palmer, ex-Supertramp (1970),
has found the name "Supertramp" in a book written by W.H. Davies and called
"The Autobiography of a SUPERTRAMP".
HOW MANY ALBUMS IS THE ACTUAL
SUPERTRAMP ALBUM CONTRACT VALID?
Jeriby
This actual contract between
Supertramp and the european company called EMI is valid for two studio
albums (the first has been already released: it's "Some Things Never Change")
and for one live album (maybe the "Live'99"!), that makes 3 ALBUMS!
