In the beginning of 1957, the Pamir left Antwerp for her antepenult voyage toward Montevideo ().

January 18th, 1957, she met the Christian Radich shooting the movie Windjammer.

During the homeward bound voyage, between February and March 1957, Klaus Bock took some photos, including one of Wolfram Leppert who will sank during the last voyage.
